A more representative budgetary estimate is available directly from me - without charge or obligation, of course. I can often supply this estimate within the hour by telephone, fax or E-mail, or within a couple of days by post. 

Subsequently, I offer a free consultation with a view to drawing up a firm quotation and detailed specification for your web site.

The specification and quotation are usually supplied free of charge. Very occasionally, however, I make a minimal charge for compiling particularly extensive or complex design specifications. If this charge applies, I undertake to quantify and document all expenses clearly before I begin work. Any such charges are levied at a 40% discount below my standard hourly rate and are fully refundable against your order. Estimates are always supplied free of charge.
